@ ranget,
From what i just read, you have the will and the drive to accomplish anything
you set your mind on....
Just relax, when you find your not able to concentrate, take a break and then come back to what your workin on
Rome wasn't built in a day, what makes you think you need to... :)

Hi ranget,

have a look around the internet, there are a number of simple tricks that can help you improve your concentration, it doesn't need to be a pill or substitute.
For example this one: http://www.k-state.edu/counseling/topics/career/concentr.html
Or this one: http://altmedicine.about.com/od/optimumhealthessentials/a/Concentration.htm
or this one: http://mmdelrosario.hubpages.com/hub/study_skills_improve_your_concentration
or this one: http://www.counselling.cam.ac.uk/selfhelp/leaflets/concentration

If after all this you find that you still have trouble focusing, talk to a doctor. ADD is not the same thing as ADHD -- and there are other factors that can disrupt concentration. It might be a good idea to have it checked out.
