How do I change the task bar icon for Outlook 2007, Win7? I have a picture I want to replace the standard icon with.

not gonna happen i don't think ,if you right click on the icon and go to properties /shortcuts, it doesn't allow you to change the icon ,check box greyed out like most icon do .
if it did you would need a icon creating program to make a icon out of your picture

the answer in yahoo answers,about creating a new icon the desktop works ,but you will need to use a icon maker to create the icon from you picture
