I like what I'm seeing at bleeping computer!

While I'm learning my way around, perhaps someone will answer a "before I get started" question for me:

The <quote> IT Department </quote> where I work has pretty much thrown up their hands and said they don't have any idea how to help me-- is it OK to come here for help with a company computer instead of a personal computer?

As long as you have permission from your company or whoever owns the machine, it's fine by us.
