I have an internal LCD laptop screen. It worked when i unplugged it from my laptop, but when i plugged it into another laptop (same model) it didnt work. How can I test the lcd screen to see if the screen went bad?

Extra Details: I tried both the other laptops cords and this laptops cords, but neither made it work. I just want to know if I can test the lcd screen without a laptop (I don't have one, and the other one was someone elses).
