I attempted to remove the AV Guard Online virus from my computer using the guide posted. However, the TDSS killer did not find the rootkit and the MBAM just closes itself before it is done scanning. I'm assuming the virus is responsible for this. Also, when I scanned using the GMER it forced the whole computer to shut down with a blue screen. Please help.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue. Don't worry about GMER.
