My budget for the new computer is:

Around 900 euro, MAX 1000 Euro! Must include keyboard, monitor, and the desktop (and +60 euro for internet)

What are the primary uses for this computer (IE: mail, web browsing, programming, games, etc)?

Average gaming, and web browsing

What software do you intend on using on the computer?

Mainly gaming

Do you play games? If so, what type of games?

Yes, not high-end games like Crysis 2 or Skyrim at HD.
Games I play:

Mount & Blade Warband
Mount & Blade Fire and Sword
ROBLOX
Minecraft

Do you tend to have a lot of programs running at the same time, or do you close every program when you are done using it?

When gaming I use GameBooster 3.0 to close all the background applications, when I am web browsing I have some internet sites on, and possibly some music.

Do you store a lot of pictures or music on the computer?

Pictures, max 500 MB
Music, arround 5GB

!EXTRA INFORMATION!

I need the computer for at least 2 or 3 years, and an average FPS of AT LEAST 50 at the games I play.

Nope,

I already found a good desktop by now, http://www.bol.com/nl/p/computer/acer-aspire-m3920-intel-i7-2600-3-4-ghz-8gb-ddr3-ram-1-tb-hdd-nvidia-geforce-gt-545/9000000011590617/index.html#product_overview

All I need is a cheap monitor which can handle it.
