Hi, I got some problem with my game.
I was playing game peacefully until my computer go crazy.
At that time, my game "Halo 2" was genuine.
Since my computer has gone crazy, i had to format my computer.

And after i formatted my computer, i tried to reinstall halo 2
I thought i wouldn't ask me for a serial since i already have window live account that has halo 2 in game list.
But it's asking me for serial.
Well, i DO have serial but i do not want to exceed the number of activation.

So question is, is it ok to type serial?
if it's not ok, how many times can i activate with one serial?

If i can't activate anymore, how do i contact MS?
I heard that XBOX does have support but games for window live is not supported.

any help would be appreciated.

That is why they gave you the serial. I would go ahead and type it in, even if you contacted Microsoft theyd probably tell you that. I wouldnt be to concerned about exceeding the max amount of activations-its there to help cut back on piraters (though its highly innafective) if you do happen to exceed them, in my experience all it takes is contacting microsoft support, and once theyve confirmed you have a legit copy and serial they will allow another reactivation. typically anyway.
