Running windows XP, the devices manager does not show usb controllers or network adapter both are integrated on the motherboard. I have tried to reinstall windows and motherboard drivers with no success. The device manager does not even show unknown devices. I have installed a pci network card and it showed up right away. Any suggests as to what to do to makes these devices reappear or what might have happened to them?

Did you or someone enter the BIOS and disable them?

Thank you apparently someone had disabled them. Both now appear in device manager.
