Blue screen issue

I have a blue screen that only occurs when I go to Internet. I'm unable to run any of the various rkills that detect anything. When I download malwarebytes I get an access denied when the malwarebytes registers. Can anyone help?

- When your system BSODs, write down the STOP error code, as well as any written out error message back here. The STOP error will always appear, but the message may not. You are looking for this:
