I really need help with the rkill download. I have clicked the download button and for a split second I see a black screen but then the screen for bleeping computer comes back to the same download page.
I printed out how to remove AV Guard Online. I did everything it told me step by step until the #8. It says that a black window will automatically close and you can continue with the next step.

It also states that, "If you continue having problems running RKill, you can download the other renamed versions of RKill from the RKill download page. Both of these files are renamed copies of RKill, which you can try instead. Pleae note that the download page will open in a new browser window or tap.

Can someone help me with the next step?

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
