Upgrading CPU

I am wanting to upgrade my computer was thinking about adding a E6700 core 2 when I checked the comparability it says revisions not sure how to tell listed below if info on motherboard and cpu and bios I have now can anyone tell me if it will work I want to upgrade E6700

Don't know if this will help but here is a side by side comparison of what I have and what I want. I noticed the processor die size is different but don't know what that means

You would need to purchase a specific model for the E6700 also i actually bought one from Ebay for my old system and it's not a bad processor for gaming. I wouldn't overclock mainly because you will need to change the stock cooler to a aftermarket cooler and if your trying to overclock it to 3GHz and above, it won't be easy.
