I've been infected with Security Guard 2012. I used rkill to stop it from executing pop-ups and such. Then I scanned with MalwareBytes. The problem is, this virus keeps spawning new copies of itself with randomly-generated names, creating new items in msconfig, and so forth...so MalwareBytes removes what is there, but then as soon as it's removed it just keeps spawning new copies again. I haven't rebooted yet...will rebooting solve this? Does anyone have personal experience here? I'm afraid to reboot since my computer is at least usable at the moment.
