Open Cloud Virus Removed, but lingering issues!

Thank you for the amazing tutorials! I followed the tutorial for removing the Open Cloud malware, but I am having different (but related?) issues. Since using RKill and Malware Bytes to remove Open Cloud, my computer has been refusing me "Administrator Access" in various respects. If I try to run a scan, [re] install recommended software (Avast, rKill, malware bytes, etc), update Window Defender, or even try to put music on my iPod, I receive this message or a similar one:

It also hijacks me to a different generic site whenever I click a link in google, and it randomly opens a site in the same manner.

Can anyone give me some guidance?

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team.
Please make sure that you read the information about getting started first.
Then start a new thread HERE and include or required logs.
Including a link to this thread will be helpful.
