I've got a strange issue.

- there is a weird service in task manager called 3654101790:3788780070.exe.
- constant cpu usage of 50% or more.
- tried to run malwarebytes but it closed down after a few seconds.
- tried to run super antispyware but it closed down after a few seconds.
- after both malwareybytes and SAS closed unexpectedly, both programs will not open and message "can't find path, file, etc.." appears.

tried to restore back a few weeks also but that didn't work.

someone please help.

Hello you have a Zero access rootkit. This will require special tools and guidance.

Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
If Gmer won't run, skip it and move on.
Let me know if that went well.
