first thanks in advance to anyone who helps me with this problem. I'm jose.
A couple of weeks ago my keyboard on my laptop stop working properly. When i hit the tab button, it won't work. If i hit the shift button on the left side of my keyboard it won't work. I have to click on the shift button on my right side of my keyboard to use the secondary symbols like @#$%^&^&. My backspace button don't work properly and i have to hit it like 0 times so it can delete one letter. So its very frustrating trying to do anything. Please advice as to what I have to do or what virus i have. Thanks once again;-)

To check on the problem, you need to borrow one first.
