2 New PC's networked to PC file sharing server. Main terminals were infected, one with a difficult rootkit. Infections cleared, Ccleaner ran, system restore pts cleared prior to safe mode scans. ComboFix was used to identify Rootkit. OS seems fine other than now receiving WRITE DELAY ERROR FAILED UNABLE TO WRITE TO Z (server) on both terminals. Have exhausted all of Microsofts 5-7 recommendations....looking for best avenues to go down next. Thanks so much for any help you can provide. Os seems intact other than this from testing thus far. There are numerous errors in the even log.

I ran Combofix.exe from my flash direct. Not changing the name. However this seems like more of damage or setting changed by malware than an OS in need of repair. Thanks for any help!! Steve
