Hello all, I just moved to a new company and I received my first assignment..
find a way of allowing the following programs FireFox, Thunderbird and Flash to run updates automatically.
This is my problem,
The end-users accounts are not given administrator privileges, they are given user and power user.
We are not on a domain, the machines are pretty much stand alone with a connection to the internet.

any suggestions would be much appreciated...
