:thumbsup: I've been lurking for awhile.....and get a lot of the topics via my Google Web Clips....
I'm not exactly a dumb bunny (actually, my nickname IS Bunny, LOL) -- but I'm certainly lacking in the expertise many of you seem to have about computers and how to get them to do what you want them to do! I have printed the Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThisLog, and will follow those guidelines before posting my request for helllllllllllllllllp! (be gentle, ok????)

Much of the expertise you see was actually learned right here at BC from other members.
