i can not see my site just from my laptop

hello,
i can not see one of my websites from my own computer. but from other computers it can be seen. even from my phone's internet i can see it. but just not from my laptop. i dont understand why. i also tried to use different browsers in my laptop but it is not working. by the way i am able to see my other websites. please advise.

Has the site in question been added to your HOSTS file or Firewall blacklist? I would start looking there.
