All Antivirus and spyware not working

i am having trouble with antivirus (avg) and malware bytes and spybot search and destory running. The computer is running 10 times slower also
i tried runningdds.scf and it opened up a notepad with stange encrypted writing i also tried running gmer it allowed me to open click run then went away mid run and cannot reopen the file.
Please Help!
i have noticed a strange process 250815651:3699537514.exe running i cant seem to cancel!
this is a 835gm gateway

I'm pretty sure this is a zero access rootkit.
The system speed is fine but the longer it runs the slower the machine will get till it is completely unresponsive.
I will try again to run DDS tonight and post logs
Can I rename the dds to try and get it to run?
There is also svchost.exe that runs that will hog more and more resources. And update.exes are running constantly
From looking at the forum this seems to be a common thing going around right now.
