I have a N600 Netgear router here is the details below:
Hardware Version WNDR3700
Firmware Version V1.0.16.98NA
GUI Language Version V1.0.0.64

For the last month or so (seems to be getting worse) we are on the internet and then all of a sudden we can't access anything online. We are still connected to the router and can access other local machines. Just no internet.

Before it seemed like it would come back after 5-10 minutes, now it seems like the only way to get internet back is powering off the router and turning it back on.

Any ideas at all what could be causing this? I have tried resetting the router and starting from scratch, but no go.

Also if it helps at all here is the info from running the MiniToolBox:

Does it happen when connected to just the modem? Or does it happen with only the router in the configuration? The reason I ask this is because I have the same exact same router. I experienced loss of Internet late at night, and after nearly going bald and doing unimaginable things to my machine. I took the router out of the equation and discovered the modem was going bad. Replaced the modem and have been sailing along just fine since. By the way, love my 3700. Best router I've ever owned.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
