I posted my results on the Windows Vista forum rather than here but what are the suggestions for getting rid of it?

No files showed up as malicious on Malware Bytes but there was one file on GMER log.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have split your topic from the one that you attached your issues into it's own topic here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic420446.html

Please be patient and someone will reply. To avoid confusion I am closing this topic.
