.exe fix for Windows 7

There is a .exe fix file from Bleeping Computers to repair the .exe file association on windows XP it works wonderful. Has anyone come up with a file to repair this problem on Windows 7?

The .exe registry fix works for XP and Windows 7. The file associations are the same.
