0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card)

Check memory first http://www.memtest.org/
Video card may be faulty or driver update may help

This only happens when playing games (or one specific game)? You can update the driver for your nvidia card (get the driver from the Nvidia website, not from Windows Update).

Well I might have a bad ram stick, it failed the Memtest. I have 2x2gb sticks, should I pull 1 and run the test again with each one?

Remove both sticks and then reset them, I woud run memtest overnight.
