Is this the Dell Dimension 3000 system you had earlier?

If not, system manufacturer and model?

Dell Suggestions

If you don't have the Dell CDs...I suggest that you contact Dell, inquiring about obtaining replacment disks.

Answer to both questions...no..and maybe :).

I've suggested what I consider to be...the best alternative for the system that you have...which involves the least amount of effort.

See http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&docid=15547&doclang=en&l=en&s=gen&cs= .

Louis

For the "maybe" answer, see http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic420348.html/page__view__findpost__p__2419104 .
