My touch pad won't click certain options in the control panel, namely uninstall or any power options. Ran Malwarebytes and Avast with no infections.

Are Touch pad drivers installed? If so try to remove them or update the drivers.

What options? Some options may be cntrolled/blocked intentionally...by whomever is the manufacturer of that laptop.

OEMs do this sometimes to "protect customers from themselves".

Are you saying that you cannot uninstall any program via Add/Remove Programs?

I have reinstalled the touch pad driver, even updated driver but still won't work with the control panel. I use a third party program to uninstall now, but i can't access the power options.
