How do I get a domain name if I am running a webserver and people just type http://myip... but I want them to type http://www.mysite.com and it acess my webserver.

What you are looking for is Dynamic DNS. There are several to choose from. I like NO-IP.com. They allow you to host a website from your computer using your HSI and a dynamic IP address.
