My sister's grandchild borrowed her laptop went on facebook and now iBytes is on the laptop and slowing the performace right down. What is the best way or only way to get rid of iBYTES. Her laptop has XP Home with IE. I have suggested doing a system to an earlier date but also suggested she wait until I can confirm after any idea from here before doing that.

Thanks for any ideas.

OOps I have just been informed it is iBRYTES and not iBytes as I first wrote...sorry about this.
