Hello, I've been having some trouble with my laptop for quite a while now but been a bit too busy to sort it out. I am using Windows 7 and firstly system recovery started running every time I booted up my laptop and there was no way around this other than restoring the factory setting - which I did and the laptop worked fine for a while before the same problem happened again after installing several windows updates.

This time I have reset factory settings and then stopped windows updates, but all of my browsers keep crashing (have tried firefox, IE and chrome).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
