Good evening / afternoon. Just a quick question really. My daughter has a Samsung NC110 and we can't seem to get the Webcam working. It has CyberLink YouCam program as default but whenever we attempt to open it, the message reads as: "CyberLink YouCam does not support this resolution under your current settings". I've played around with the settings but to no avail. She also can't seem to connect on such things as MSN or Facebook to the WebCam settings. Any help is appreciated.

Only guessing here as I have no experience with webcams or the associated software, however is there any sort of access to this Cyberlink Youcam program in the way of finding help files? I have had a look round the net and unfortunately all I can find is plenty of sites to download it from, but no manuals or set up info.
Ideally you need to know the resolution the software works at, or if that can be changed, rather than trying to set the computers resolution to match the software, which may just be at some strange setting that you couldn't possibly match easily.
Nev.
Why all the fuss, I already have Windows 8. Three windows at the front, and five at the back since I bought the house.
