Anyone have an idea why I cannot create additional folders within Outlook to organize and store email? Thanks in advance.

No. Can you describe exactly what you do, and the exactly what happens? Can you create the folder, but it doesn't "stay?" or is it that you cannot create one at all, and is there then any error message?
Regards,
John

John, I go thru the normal right button mouse pick on the folder within Outlook and choose new folder. There is no error message and no indication of any type as there was yesterday when a folder would present itself to be named. Tony
