Hi, making my indtroductory post as requested. I'm a new PC technician working at a small computer company. I have lots of past experiences with hardware, but the whole AV thing is new, and I'm used to just wiping/reinstalling when there was an issue with anything I was working on. Having to actually save installations/data is new for me. Thanks in advance for any help, and I will certainly attempt to be a give as well as a taker. Currently I'm getting a TLD4 education as I'm seeing several systems coming back after disinfection.
