Hi guys, a couple weeks ago i accidentally clicked on a banner and since then have noticed a doy.exe*32 file running in task mnger. It has disabled almost every task possible..I have tried almost every removal software out, which didn't detect anything. I finally was running one and it tried to connect and i was able to quarentine it and delete the file..however, now everytime i try to open IE or something it asks what program i want to open it with..if i click IE it tries to DL a bogus file from somewhere...i feel like it's still trying direct even tho i deleted a file..please help..

Now that you have an open log posted in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, you shouldn't make any changes to your system.
This includes running any other "cleaning" programs.
Doing so, could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the Malware Removal Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the Malware Removal Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
