These two files around 4 MB each in E directory appears mysterious to me. When I try to open these files access is denied.

amd 64 &i386 files in E:\ drive

The AMD64 folder contains 64-bit versions of the files
The i386 folder contains the 32-bit versions of the files

This is common in a 64bit system (I assume you run 64bit)
See any item on WoW64 (Windows on Windows).

I would not mess with either of those files. Google both of them and learn what they do.
