Ive recently downloaded minecraft, got the latest version. I load it up and get this error:

Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

Is this a laptop or desktop? First thing for either would be to try updating the driver from the manufacturers website. Also go to the display properties. On the settings tab click the advanced button. On the tabs at the top is there on listed for OpenGL?
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Now normally I don't suggest doing this but I used to have this issue on a laptop with win 7. Go to windows updates and see if there is a video card driver update in there. Can you please also list your complete computer specs. :)
