Our family has a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bit) and we recently began to experience difficulties with the computer. I'm not certain if the computer has a virus but we began receiving the error code: 0x800736b1 a few days ago when attempting to view photos from any of our computer files. I have followed the windows live solutions center advice and attempted to delete and reinstall "windows live essentials 2011." The re-installation went well, but it didn't fix the problem and we are still receiving the same error message. Is this a virus issue or should I post this in another forum. I had previously posted this in the Vista forum section on August 31st with negative responses. Any guidance is appreciated.
