Hello,

Try taking the battery out and plugging the laptop into the power adapter and then see if it powers up if it does then the battery may have a problem. Did you let the new battery fully charge, sometimes a new battery needs to be fully charged for the laptop to power on.

not charging and other thing doesnt work either, i decided it maybe the new adapter i got, it is not hp but a clone, so i ordered a hp one to see if that helps

Some times the "generic" adaptors don't work, or they will for about a month then will stop working.
