Long Startup

Windows will boot, but it takes forever for the first program (i.e, Internet Explorer) to come up. I did the above test - by unchecking all of the options under selective start up, and it came up QUICK. The problem is - there are so many on this computer, I don't know what is needed, what is good, etc.

I ran SAS and MBAM and got off one trojan and one other type thing.

Any other thoughts?
