I access a client's database via my home PC with windows XP home. I have a DSL connection

The client provided me the VPN software and a Secure ID card. My problem is that if I do not use the pc for about 10 minutes I get logged out. I have asked the client for help on this problem but their IT group will not help since I am not an employee.

Is there anything simple I can go in windows to try to keep my session up ?

I must log in 10-20 times a day,

Thanks

What VPN software are you using? The support site for this software might contain a "FAQ" that will have a solution for this.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
