Hello Bleeping computer

Background Information:

This chat program is based from online (live chat system) support representatives.

I am researching chat programs for one on one interaction or a group interaction as a beta test application for my college Student Help desk department.

I had a idea (me and the Internet Support Specialist) about having a Internet chat program for our Student Help desk department. I was wondering if there is a way of downloading a freeware edition that support Microsoft ISS sever that could ease student calling into our student help desk department with a online based chat program that students could talk with a general/technical representative without downloading anything on there personal computers. Is this possible with some type of freeware that supports Microsoft Sever IIS or even a java applet that the college administrators could maintain that applications. If this fails than we could shutdown this application without paying a fee.
The requirements for this beta test chat programs communications ate
support of Microsoft Sever IIS with no end user installation log-ins or passwords (runs in various types of browsers IE, Firefox, Chrome)

If they don't have freeware version. It may be possible to sign up for a yearly subscription but I would like to explore freeware versions programs before we go into paid chat programs.

This request is in designing mode and if this ends up being a beta test application it will greatly increase the responses times for students.

Admins and mons: if this is the wrong sub-form you may move it to a more appropriate form. This topic is similar to this form.

I am a former student of this college and I volunteer my time via email messages to the staff of the Student Help Desk department.

Thanks for your time. I look forward to your suggestions:
