Hello Advisors,
I have a HP EliteBook 693p running XP. All of a sudden the user says the followinf error page came up while she was work on it.

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or currupt:
<Windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

Should I do a repair with a install disc?
