Hi everyone,

My Dell Latitude (Windows 7) is making these very strange beeping sounds that I can't identify. The beeps occur even when the speakers are muted. I can't tie it to any program or system alerts or events. Symantec and Malwarebytes scans come up clean. Help!! I am attaching a link to the sound.
