Cannot Install Samsung PC Studio

I am trying to isntall the New Samsung PC Studio for my Samsing phone to connect to my PC

I keep getting this error message

so....the message is blank! How can i find out what this error says, or perhaps as to why i cannot isntall Samsung PC Studio?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, my system is a Dell Insprion 530s

Have you seen this comment at http://samsung-pc-studio.softpedia.com/ ?

I had it working before i did my Reinstall of the OS

i forgot to mention that i am running 64 Bit Windows
