ok my friends laptop (she dosnt trust this site for some reason) shuts off approx 8 seconds after logon she dosnt mind me fiddleing with she just dosnt like me going on this site beacus she thinks u break her laptop even more so can you give me a link to a tool if u were going to and ill just say she wouldnt under stand it oh its also a toshiba laptop

What is the Operating System?
Are you having,refirects,popups,slowness or error messages??

ok she has windows 7 and it says it carnt connect to a windows service then a few secs later icons go task bar goes and the normal sjutoff happenes

srry for posting it in the wrong place is just that we thought that a virus was trying to fool us then activate shutdown -t (**)

How about if you Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking
How to start Windows 7 in Safe Mode
