Hello Everybody..

i have a serious issue with my laptop which is Compaq Presario C700.

Issue is whenever i try to down or up my laptop lid my system will goes restart abnormally and sometimes it goes to fetal error showed blue screen and says your machine is going to restart and physical memory dump error..bla bla.... and 1 more thing recently i have run the hard disk self short test that also gives error (failed replace hard disk 1 warranty id error code 10008).

Please suggest something

I would run the long test for the hard drive...while being prepared mentally to replace it.

But let's investigate these blue screens a bit.

Let's try this.

Download/install BlueScreenView, http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html .

Double-click BlueScreenView.exe file.

When auto-scan is done (screen results are visible), click Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items.

Save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content and paste it into your next reply.
