I unload it from memory and delete it, next reboot its there again.

a google search tells me its a virus downloader.

I can't make it go away.

Spybot is telling me there's a .TLD file in the \system32 folder, when deleted, it comes right back.

Its in my registry in two places, delete the keys and they're back again on startup.

MSCONFIG doesn't find it as a startup entry in registry or the startup folder, but its always running when the computer boots.

How do you kill this?
