I had some Bantams years ago. "Old English game hens", also a few Rhode Island Red / Plymouth Rock sex links. Bantams were cool. They were "chicks" for a while.Had hand raised them from hatchlings. Use to let me pick them up and arrange them on a roost in any order I wanted.
When I think about your question though I think maybe I am confusing the term. Even though these "chicks" walked on two legs I think you may have had something else in mind. :)
