I keep getting problem warnings about these two things and I'm a little techno challenged. What are they and what do I do to fix them please help me.

Help us help you by telling us what version of Operating System you have. Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 or a different one? We can then move this topic to the proper forum and get you some assistance.
