First let me say, I am 81. I've owned a computer for many years. I know the basics, using restore, etc, but that is it! Nothing works! Can't use restore, devise manager is "Blank, clean white blank space". I am currently on another computer, since cannot even get on the internet with the discombobulated one doesn't think it has a modem! Help!

System manufacturer and model?

Do you have recovery disks?

Pertinent onscreen error messages...prior to problems?

Louis
