A little more information would be helpful.

EXACTLY what is going on? Is it a new issue or has it always been this way? If new, What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

Anything and everything you can think of to help us understand and diagnose your problem.
